Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the listed service price. This includes late arrivals and reschedules. A valid credit card is required to book all appointments.

Pricing Policy: Coz has an ‘a la carte’ pricing menu. All posted prices are for individual services and final ticket prices will reflect the number of services needed to achieve desired look. These prices reflect application time and product usage. Prices are subject to increase for length and additional product used. If you have any questions about pricing please speak to your stylist before beginning your service.
Booking Policy: If you are booking a major color change, or have been using box-dye at home and want to go lighter, please first book a consultation or call the salon to ensure proper booking time. Avoiding this could incur a ‘deposit-fee’. This fee will go towards your properly booked appointment, but will cover the cost of the improperly booked appointment.
