Cancellation/Pricing/Booking
Cancellation Policy Coz strictly adheres to our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Any client who cancels within 24 hours of their appointment, or no-shows the day of, will be charged 100% of their booked services. If you would like to change your appointment please reach out before the 24 hour mark in order to avoid a charge. This policy also applies to anyone who arrives late to their appointment. If you arrive 20 minutes past your appointment time and the stylist is unable to preform your service, a fee will be charged.
Pricing Policy Coz has an ‘a la carte’ pricing menu. All posted prices are for individual services and final ticket prices will reflect the number of services needed to achieve desired look. These prices reflect application time and product usage. Prices are subject to increase for length cut and additional product used. If you have any questions about pricing please speak to your stylist before beginning your service.
Booking Policy If you are booking a major color change, or have been using box-dye at home and want to go lighter, please first book a consultation or call the salon to ensure proper booking time. Avoiding this could incur a ‘deposit-fee’. This fee will go towards your properly booked appointment, but will cover the cost of the improperly booked appointment.
